Please remove your arranged loads ASAP for the proper functioning of our service and to avoid unnecessary enquiries....
Your confirmation e-mail contains a link for removing your load with just two clicks, please keep this email until needed...

Regarding one-off / ongoing load selection:

Selecting urgent means you expect to pay the standard outbound full rate for same day delivery and it is available immediately.
Select backload if you can allow a longer time for delivery in return for a reduced rate and it is a 1-off load

Select the ongoing option ONLY if you have loads available on a daily basis for at least 1 month. This facility is offered for the convenience of not having to return to our website and submit or update the same load every day. Loads placed using this option will remain on the system for 1 month, the date available automatically updated daily. After this timethe load will be removed and we will send you an email asking you to update the load if still available.
If in doubt, select one of the one-off ( 7 days display ) options, either urgent or backload
