	Select manual or automatic removal (Doesn't apply to ongoing loads) e.g. If your load must be moved within a maximum of say 2 days, select 'Delete load in 2 days time'. This will help to keep our database up-to-date
Any extra details: State price of the job or 'quote required'. Companies who pride themselves with good, reliable payment terms will achieve better take up from our hauliers by stating so here

Although we have hundreds of haulier and courier members, not all loads posted can be successfully taken up, it depends on whether a member will be in the collection/delivery area in the near future and if the vehicle required is specialised Please persevere with posting any or all of your 'loads to move' over a few weeks, most of them will be quoted for and will prove more economical than paying a local haulier the full outbound rate

Important - Regarding removal of loads when sold

Please remove your arranged/sold loads ASAP for the proper functioning of our service and to avoid unnecessary enquiries
Your confirmation e-mail contains a link for removing your load with just two clicks, please keep this email until needed

Privacy policy: The information you supply on this form is used only to advertise your load(s) and will not be passed to a third party, your e-mail address is not displayed publicly and will only be used by Loadup to advise you, if necessary, or send you confirmation of job numbers

Regarding one-off / ongoing load selection:

Selecting urgent means you expect to pay the standard outbound full rate for same day delivery and it is a 1-off load
Select backload if you can allow a longer time for delivery in return for a reduced rate and it is a 1-off load

Select the ongoing option ONLY if you have loads available on a daily basis for at least 1 month. This facility is offered for the convenience of not having to return to our website and submit or update the same load every day. Loads placed using this option will remain on the system for 1 month, the date available automatically updated daily. After this time the load will be removed and we will send you an email asking you to update the load if still available.
If in doubt, select one of the one-off ( 7 days display ) options, either urgent or backload
