WAP Phone Search - for outside call centre hours, find a load while
on the road, if you have a WAP enabled mobile phone
E-mail Alerts - Instant notification of all loads in selected areas
of your choice, delivered by e-mail within seconds of being posted.
Alerts can be set, reset or disabled at any time. Alert preferences
can be set for van loads, truck loads or both and for combinations of
UK areas and European countries
Auto Update - Places a small window on your desktop showing the
five most recent loads posted . New loads will automatically update
every 30 minutes between 6am and 6pm.
Complaint System and Warning List - This is used to identify companies
who have a history of poor or non-payment for work done. The warning
list contains companies who have been barred from using our service,
giving all our members a degree of protection from rogue traders

Note about EU VAT: A common problem with the understanding of VAT rules
for the European union. The position is, according to the UK customs
and Excise, that because we provide a digital service without any goods
movement across borders, that we must charge the UK VAT rate of 17.5%
on subscriptions rather than zero rate. There is a mechanism for EU
members to reclaim UK VAT paid in this way
Security: Do not be concerned about making your subscription
payment online, no card details are taken on our website
Card transactions take place off this website on the secure servers
provided by WorldPay Ltd, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group,
and all details are processed and held by WorldPay only. Loadup remains
outside this process and holds no sensitive information whatsoever.
All WorldPay transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) architecture, and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.
