Common Questions
Why haven't I received
a UserID number after registering my subscription?
If you register successfully by receiving a 'thank you for registering' message, your UserID is sent automatically to the e-mail address you submitted. You could have typed your e-mail address incorrectly. The system is now designed to insert UserID's automatically if you have 'cookies' enabled
I have made a subscription
payment. Why can't I reach the members area with my UserID and password?
When you subscribe by credit card payment
online, your account is activated immediately by a signal from the Worldpay
server. Make sure that you are typing your UserID and password accurately.
If you have lost your login details, click here
Why do I get the error message
'no loads matching your profile' when I try to remove my load?
If you posted the load more than 6 days ago, the system will already have deleted it
Why do I keep getting the 'essential details were missing' message when
I post a load?
To successfully post your load to our
database, not only must all form entry fields marked with an asterisk
be filled out including a valid email address, but also collection and
delivery point regions must be selected so that our load search facility
can search by region
Why has my load not been removed yet, it has been on the system for
more than 6 days?
All users should remove their loads ASAP
when sold, the link for this is on your confirmation email and the homepage.
One-off loads are automatically removed daily if older than 6 days or
older than the auto remove setting that you selected. Ongoing loads
are removed after one month, customers may then update them if required
Why am I not receiving confirmation
emails or alerts
We occasionally have problems with some webmail
accounts such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo etc. being unreliable in accepting
messages consistently. You should obtain a reliable e-mail provider
for serious business use. Members should always log in for load information
as email delivery is not always reliable
Sometimes I receive email alerts that I can't find on the system by searching
Whenever shippers post loads, they are expected
to remove them as soon as they are arranged. The load will then only
show up as a sold load on the 'Current Loads' page for a short time
and not be available in the members search listings
Are users vetted in any way?
All our users have been vetted continuously
over the past 12 years in a number of ways, such as feedback monitoring,
customer ratings, our complaints system and other discrete checking
methods in order to both protect our transporter members from non-payers,
bad payers, phoenix companies etc. and also protect shippers from any
rogue courier and haulier companies which is very rare on our site
It's a continuous, ongoing process which we are constantly on top of.
We act very quickly to suspend any suspects once alerted.
Be wary of similar sites that allow any courier to be a member free
of charge without a substantial subscription, but charge commission
instead, this is where rogue traders abound and have access to your
information. Buyer beware, cheap always means nasty
When I click the 'details' link for a load in the members area, nothing happens
This is due to a popup blocker on your
computer and the usual culprit is the Norton security program whose
popup blocker is zero tolerance and doesn't work correctly. On some
Norton programs it is called Ad Blocker, turn it off.
I get the message 'Page Expired' in the members area
This is a similar security measure to that
used by online banking, members are automatically logged out after 30
minutes and will have to login again.
I am having problems making a credit / debit card subscription payment online
Upgraded to Internet Explorer 6 and having login problems?
Where is the subscription page?
Not receiving any of our emails?
Wish to lodge a complaint against another user?

WorldPay Payment Problems
If you select to pay by monthly rebilling:
The single most confusing aspect of WorldPay's
credit card submission pages is the second page that is presented to
you after clicking on the picture of the credit/debit card that you
are paying with.
Towards the top of that page, there is a
small section named 'FuturePay Administration' asking you for
username/password details if you have used WorldPay before. This only
applies to subscribers renewing who previously paid by monthly rebilling,
and requires the username/password that was originally supplied to you
by WorldPay (beginning with wp******, NOT your Loadup UserID/password)
so that you can administer, re-activate or update the previous 'futurepay'
agreement.
In all other circumstances, ignore
this and just continue down to the section where you supply your card
details.
Make sure to fill in all fields that are
marked with an asterisk (others are not essential) and there should
be no problems. Finally, DO double-check that the email address
you give is precisely correct.
If you are just simply uncomfortable with submitting
credit card details online, you can make a direct payment to our bank for the
6 month and 12 month membership options
If you are still having a problem, we would
like to hear about it. Click here to contact the
office
